Excerpt

The concept of vision revision is based on the premise that disparities on the success scale occur owing to our inability to tap our potential and plan well for the future. While the vision part emphasizes to draw on the foresight, it also makes good use of the hindsight to draw a winning foresight. And the revision part is intended to constantly remind us, encourage us, and feed motivational fuel to our fervor to realize our coveted vision.

While the God-gifted endowments are inbuilt, it is up to us how we use them. It is at our discretion to use or abuse these natural capabilities. While possessing these capabilities determines our success potential, the extents to which we use these capabilities determine our success. God has given us something special and expects us to use this to achieve something extra special, meant for his creatures. We cannot afford to lose this opportunity.

You are particularly lucky, because you can optimally use your capabilities, while teaching others how to use their God-gifted capabilities. And you know that you are in the employment for your capabilities. But what you do with these capabilities will determine your progress.

God expects us to make good use of our potential and avoid using it irresponsibly in a ‘use-as-we-please’ manner. Subconsciously, most of us often indulge in envisioning a new vision, something like a vision revision process, but in an unstructured manner. Inadvertently, we enslave our vision to our ad hoc approach. That is why it rarely succeeds. But in a vision revision process, we have to draw on our God-gifted capabilities in a well thought-out and structured manner. It aims at maximizing our success by keeping our vision current and winning.
